How do I track my order?
You can track your order here by entering your order number and email address. Please note that our system will send an order confirmation and tracking email to the email address that you used – if you still have not received these emails, please check your junk/spam mailbox or contact us for further assistance.
How do I track my items with my country’s local delivery courier?
We provide an international tracking number and local last mile tracking number if you wish to track your item with your country’s local postal service to see estimated delivery dates once your item has arrived in your country.
Please use your last mile tracking number (click on the tracking link sent to your email and retrieve your last mile tracking number) if you wish to track your package with your country’s local postal service (e.g., USPS, Canada Post, Australia Post) Enter your last mile tracking number in your country’s local delivery tracking service to see the status of your item. Please allow a few days for your last mile tracking number to be generated – in most cases, the last mile tracking number will start to show an estimated delivery date once your item is in transit within your country.
Do I have to pay for VAT or custom clearance fees?
Kawaii Keys will be absorbing and paying for VAT and custom fees for orders heading to the European Union. As such, all customers will have their items clearing customs without the need for additional VAT payment, and you should expect to receive your packages as per normal in accordance with our delivery timeframes.
How long does it take to receive a tracking number?
It takes approximately 1 business day for our system to send the tracking number to your email. As we use international couriers, please kindly allow a few days for the tracking information to be updated and displayed as your package progresses through the logistics network.
Can I cancel or amend my order after payment?
We understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel your order after purchase. We can cancel and refund your order upon request before it has been shipped, but please note that there will be a cancellation fee (i.e., card processing fee) for cancelling your order. These are card network fees (i.e., VISA, Mastercard, PayPal fees) that are non-refundable and you agree for these fees to be deducted from the full refund amount to offset these card fees.
Please note that it is not possible to cancel your order or amend your address once an item has been shipped, as the shipping label is physically printed and affixed to the package and it cannot be amended once the package is in transit. Packages cannot be recalled once they have been shipped out.
