All prices are quoted in USD. Please note that if you are not based in the US, your bank may do a currency conversion.

Please note that due to the Covid-19 situation, we are expecting shipment delays and we are working hard to bring down shipping times as fast as we can. Please see our revised shipping times below. We would like to thank you for your patience during this time.

Shipping takes approximately 15-30 business days depending on your location. Due to the Covid-19 situation, we have revised our shipping times as follows:

Shipping to UK, Germany and France: 15-25 days (tracked international shipping)

Shipping to USA: 15-30 days (tracked international shipping)

Shipping to Canada: 20-30 days (tracked international shipping)

Shipping to Italy: 20-30 days (tracked international shipping)

Shipping to Asia, Australia, New Zealand: 10-20 days (tracked international shipping)

Shipments to the USA are handled by USPS, while items going to UK and Canada are handled by Royal Mail and Canada Post respectively. Items going to France are handled by La Poste, while items going to Australia are handled by Australian Post.

*When you place an order with us, you will receive an email confirming your purchase and another email with the tracking ID for you to track your order in real time as it speeds through the delivery network.

Please give a few days for the tracking information to be updated and displayed.

Most delays with tracking updates are caused by custom clearance or when your item is handed over to the local last mile delivery courier in your country (e.g., USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail), so you should expect a couple of days in between tracking updates.

Not to worry! All customers eventually receive their items, just keep an eye out on the tracking for an update in the coming days. Feel free to contact us if you need any help as well!

We ship to most countries worldwide including USA, Canada, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Australia and most of Southeast Asia.

We will send you an email with your tracking number within 2-3 days of your purchase. To track your order in real time, simply click on your tracking number in the email. Alternatively, you may wish to enter your tracking number here to see the detailed status of your item. The tracking number will be sent to the email that you used during checkout.

Please note that it is not possible for us to change the shipping label for your order after your items have been shipped out. To avoid such situations, please check your delivery address in the order confirmation email and inform us of any discrepancies immediately before shipment.

It is not possible for us to amend the address or recall your item once it has been shipped out through the logistics network.

We provided free shipping for all orders initially, but free shipping meant that orders were delivered slower for smaller items as it goes through ordinary mail. In an effort to decrease shipping times and provide tracking across all items, we have introduced a fee for this expedited shipping method that uses a faster service and delivery courier.

We accept PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and most credit cards. All payments are safe and secured by encryption, and your card details will not be stored.

Yes, you will receive a tracking number when we ship out your items for you to track your item in real time. Please be assured that the international tracking number will track your item from the point of dispatch all the way to delivery. If you require your country’s local tracking number (i.e., USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail), please check the “last mile delivery number” in the tracking link or reach out to us for the local tracking number.

It takes approximately 2-5 business days to receive a tracking number for your item. Please note that it may take up to 7 days to receive your tracking number for clothing items, as we will have to tailor the item according to your size selection before shipping them out. For multi-item orders, tracking numbers for all items will only be sent once all the items have been shipped. The tracking numbers will be sent to your email address you used during checkout.

Please allow a few days for the tracking information to be updated and be displayed. For most orders, we expect tracking information to be displayed by the 7-10 day mark from the order date.

While this is rare, we sometimes may have to split your order if there are too many items in your order. For example, if you have ordered multiple items that cannot fit into a single package, we may split the delivery due to package size restrictions. This means that your items will have separate tracking numbers and this will be sent to your email as well. You can track each individual package by clicking on the individual tracking numbers sent to your email.

Either way, your packages will be delivered as per normal, so no worries!

The tracking numbers would be sent via email to the email you used during checkout.

Please note that we generally do not allow order cancellations after payment has been made. You may however request a change in item after placing your order (e.g., if you wanted a pink phone case instead of a white one). Please contact our customer service immediately using the contact us page before we ship out your items.

In accordance with our Refund Policy, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for clothing items due to hygiene concerns. Please note that we ship out clothing items in accordance with the size chart, so be sure to check the size chart in the product description to ensure that it fits you before placing an order.

In accordance with our buyer protection and refund policy, we will issue a refund if you don’t receive your item or if you item is not as described. If your item arrives damaged due to delivery handling, we will replace the damaged item with no extra costs on your part. Please read the terms of our Refund Policy here.
