All our customers are protected by our buyer protection and refund policy (“Refund Policy“) when you make a purchase through us. If you do not receive your item 45 days from the order date (“Our 45 Delivery Guarantee”), please let us know and we will make a full refund for your purchase.

All our customers eventually receive their items, so don’t worry! Most of the time delays are caused by backlogs in local delivery mail service or customs clearance, but your items will eventually be delivered. In the very rare event that you do not receive your item after 45 days, please contact us for assistance. We’re always here to help!

Our customer service teams will require further evidence to investigate further, and we may request photos, screenshots, pictures or any other material to verify that your item is not as described or arrived damaged.

While we make every effort to be as flexible as possible, please note that we will not issue a refund or accept returns solely on the basis that the customer does not want the item anymore after receiving it.

We ship clothing items according to the size chart for each individual clothing item as displayed on the product page. Please understand that it is your responsibility to check the size chart and ensure that you are satisfied with the clothing size before placing an order. Our products are sourced from Asia, Japan and South Korea, and most apparel items are designed for an Asian audience – we would recommend to pick one size larger if you are shipping to the United States or Europe.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges if your clothing item conforms to the size chart. If you have any queries about clothing sizes or how to measure your size according to the size chart, please contact our customer service teams first before making a purchase. Please kindly check the size chart and confirm that it fits you before placing an order.

We will only issue a refund if your clothing item does not conform to the size chart, for example, if your clothing item is more than 3cm smaller or larger than the stated size, or has arrived with defects.
